The metallic products are processed at the Pressing department. The metal materials such as plates, pistons, bowls, etc. prepared at our plant according to the product specifications are joined with the vulcanized rolls by means of the press at the pressing department. Our press has a certificate of compliance issued by the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE). The press runs with a pressure of 150 tons with zero error tolerance. After the process, all products are checked by means of the testing machines shown on the picture below. The products are subjected to these tests: leakproof, rubber durability, piston bearing capacity, bellow loading capacity.
